WELCOME to the first issue of Make! The Craft Magazine. It's a completely FREE magazine that you can read online, download onto your desktop or download it and print it off to read where ever you like. We hope you enjoy reading it.
It's been created by Make! members. People who enjoy crafts and are happy to share their projects and experiences with you. If you enjoy the magazine let us know. Also let us know what you'd like to see in the next issue. We're creating Make! The Craft Magazine for you so it's important to us to know what you want to see in future issues.

Reading your magazine
Make! The Craft Magazine is a PDF magazine. If you click on the download link the magazine will open in your browser. You can then choose to, either read it on your desktop while you're online or choose File > Save as to save the magazine onto your desktop. You'll then be able to open it offline at your leisure or print it off to read on the move.
Your magazine will take a maximum of a couple of minutes to download if you have broadband. If you're on dial up be patient. The mag should take about 10 minutes. Make sure you save it to your desktop so you don't have to download it again.
There are links to web sites in the magazine. These are live. Even after you've downloaded the magazine to your desktop you'll be able to access these sites if your connected to the internet.
You'll need acrobat reader to read your magazine so if you don't have it, you can download an official version from the adobe site by clicking on the 'Get adobe reader' icon. Or from this link.

We don't ask anything from you. You can download the magazine by clicking on the link and that's it. We don't track your movements with cookies. We don't want your name, your address, your credit card details: we don't even ask you to register, we don't even ask for your email address. Just enjoy the magazine and come back to the site regularly for the latest issue.
